Business Digital Transformation Strategic Changes During the Covid-19 Pandemic: findings from Bibliometric Analysis

Covid-19 pandemic is over and scholars around the world have been addressing business resilience and preparedness against future emergencies. Digital transformation was a clear response during the epidemic and some changes have remained in today’s business operation. However, it is still unclear how businesses aligned their strategies during the Covid-19 outbreak, especially their digital transformation ones. The aim of this work in progress is to investigate and highlight the business digital transformation strategic changes, which were caused due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses bibliometric analysis to define the effects of Covid-19 outbreak on business digital transformation, while relevant terms are specified and defined.
