Telehealth and telemedicine technologies aim to provide distant medical services in order to slow COVID's spread healthcare. During the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID19), telehealth gained enormous traction. Telehealth allows physicians and medical professionals to care for patients and keep track of their symptoms from a distance. The present research looked at the possibility and limitations utilizing the blockchain system in the telehealth as well as telemedicine sectors. It has investigated the critical blockchain technology's potential role in providing critical facts privacy and security, candor in operation, permanence of health records, and traceability to uncover insurance coverage for patients’ claims and credentials in medicine.
