Integrated Assessment and Emergency Control of Transient Angle Stability and Transient Voltage Stability

In the context of modern power system, transient angle instability and transient voltage instability mostly occur simultaneously and interact with each other, making it more difficult to assess stability and develop emergency control measures. In response to the co-occurrence of the two, critical clearing time is used to describe the fault severity, the time sequence of occurrence of transient angle instability and voltage instability is used to mark the dominance, and the magnitude of the time difference between the two is used to describe the degree of coupling, which leads to the development of comprehensive emergency control guidance strategy. In order to realize the closed loop from online stability assessment to emergency control, an improved convolutional neural network model based on the convergent block attention module (CBAM) is constructed, and an assessment scheme based on this model for integrating power angle stability and voltage stability is proposed. Finally, New England 10 machine 39 bus system is used as an example for simulation verification, and the results show that the proposed methodology is comprehensive and accurate.
