Music Recommendation System Using Face Emotion Recognition

This paper proposed a new way to play music on the go. Most current methods involve manual music processing, using wearables, audio classification. Instead, it is recommended switching to manual connection and working traditionally. There convolutional neural network is used for emotion recognition. Using Pygame and Tkinter for better visualization. Our proposed method will minimize the time required to achieve the results and the total cost of installing the system. System evaluation is experimented on the FER2013 dataset, using the built-in camera to capture face expressions. The Music playlist is updated by analyzing current user preferences. It outperforms the computation time performance compared to the algorithm in the current literature.
