Research on LEO Satellite Access Algorithm Based on Multifactor Weighted Synthesis

The low earth orbit satellite communication network has the advantages of low transmission delay and strong survival ability, but the communication time between satellites and ground stations is short which makes a problem of frequent handover. It focuses on the research of access satellites and analyzes the factors that affect the selection of access satellites. In order to balance the constraint effects between different factors, it proposes a new access algorithm based on multifactor weighted synthesis. It establishes a simulation scenario and studies the algorithm processes. It analyzes the process of selecting access satellites by new access algorithms based on specific satellite networks. The new access algorithm can reduce the number of satellite access, improve link duration, and enhance link stability.
