Modeling of Nanostructuring Processes of Lead Chalcogenide Layers under Sensitizing Oxidation

IR emitters built on nanostructured layers of lead chalcogenides are the subject of this study. The goal of the work was to develop a model of the mechanisms involved in the nanostructuring and sensitizing oxidation of lead chalcogenides.
