century, our human activities are more or less dependent on the conceptual trends for virtualization and personalization: Metaverse (or Digital twin) and Chat GPT (or Generative GPT) are typical illustrations currently. Such types of revolutions are not exceptional even in education/learning fields from viewpoints of possibility and expectation as for activity-pattern transformation: (1) distribution environment from centralized environment; (2) horizontal diversification from vertical ordination; (3) learning facility from teaching facility; (4) thinking-based learning from memorizing-based learning; and (5) skill training/mastering from knowledge learning. In this paper, we address a future-oriented framework which we should focus on and attach on our activity objective in the education/learning field with respect to the above 5 transformation viewpoints. Namely, it is most important to establish the framework for “understanding” in comparison with “performance”.
