Frequency Band Specific Jamming Power Amplifier for 4G Communication

In this study; three different RF Power Amplifiers that can be used in jammer systems targeting 4G Communication bands have been designed and manufactured. For 4G communication, we know that five narrow bands between 700-2800 MHz are used. Three of these bands which are widely used were selected and the output powers were determined by the required specifications. The design and manufacturing of prototype power amplifiers were carried out for each band separately. Each power amplifiers was designed to provide an output power of 20 W as a design target.
