Research on Provincial Power Consumption Forecasting Considering Multiple Methods

This paper first discusses the importance of electricity as the foundation of the national economy for economic construction, and analyzes the importance of electricity demand forecasting for the planning and construction of the power industry as well as for dispatching and trading. Secondly, it predicts the electricity consumption of a certain region through the classical forecasting method, traditional forecasting method and modern intelligent forecasting method for medium and long-term electricity demand, and compares the three methods.
