Design of Canned Motor Pump Fault Prediction System Based on Genetically Optimized BP Neural Network

Canned motor pump plays an important role in industrial production. In order to ensure that it can be found and repaired in time, a canned motor pump fault prediction system based on BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm is designed in this paper. The system collects flow and speed data through sensors, calculates the actual lift value, uses STM32 microcontroller to process the data through genetic optimization BP neural network algorithm, predicts the longth of the lift, compares the predicted lift with the actual lift, when the difference exceeds a certain threshold, the buzzer responds, and timely maintenance is required. The system is equipped with a display module. The above data will be displayed.
