Comprehensive Evaluation and Optimization Method of Energy Storage Economic Benefits Based on Typical Application Scenarios

With the proposal of "double carbon" goal and the establishment of a new power system development strategy, the strategic importance of energy storage has become increasingly prominent. Driven by national policies and market demand, emerging energy storage technologies other than pumped storage have gradually matured and been widely used. In order to realize the optimization of energy storage technology under the specific configuration requirements of energy storage, the comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive economy, benefit and technical energy storage, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation and optimization method of energy storage economy, technology and benefit based on typical application scenarios. First, typical application scenarios are determined based on the application of energy storage on the power generation side, grid side, and user side. Secondly, establish a comprehensive evaluation index system that considers technical, economical and differentiated benefits. Then, according to the evaluation requirements, select the corresponding evaluation indicators and use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the entropy weight method to assign weights to the evaluation indicators. Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation, and the advantages and disadvantages are determined based on the evaluation results. In the example analysis of this text, the advantages and disadvantages of several types of electrochemical energy storage under specific energy storage configuration requirements are verified, providing certain guidance for energy storage technology selection.
