Research-Based Learning: Integration of Artificial Intelligence into the Curriculum of Electrical Engineering Students

The main forms of application of artificial intelligence in engineering education are identified. The prospects of using artificial intelligence technologies in combination with Pop-Up Laboratories in the educational process of students of engineering, in particular electrical engineering, specialities are shown. Examples of the use of Pop-Up Laboratories and artificial intelligence based on computer vision to solve practical problems of classifying objects and situations in the context of autonomous driving are given. The consequences of the implementation of a science-based approach based on the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the curriculum of students of electrical engineering specialities are determined.
