Network pharmacology analyzes resveratrol targets for gastric cancer and modifies its structure

This article studies the mechanism of action of resveratrol in the treatment of cancer, and analyzes its target and efficacy. Researchers used network pharmacology methods and found that resveratrol has 33 targets of action on cancer. KEGG and GO analysis indicate that resveratrol can exert therapeutic effects by regulating various signaling pathways, including tumor proliferation, cell apoptosis, and inflammatory response. PPI protein interaction and drug disease pathway analysis indicate that resveratrol mainly inhibits the expression of AKT1 to achieve the goal of tumor inhibition. When the carbon carbon double bonds in resveratrol are replaced with varying degrees of functional groups, it was found that replacing the carbon carbon carbon double bonds connecting the two benzene rings in resveratrol molecules with S-atom hydrocarbons is positively correlated with cancer inhibition, while replacing heteroatom compounds with benzene rings is positively correlated with cancer inhibition.
