Precautions for Maritime Boundary Limit Using Geo Tracking and Wave Buoy

International maritime boundary violations have become a significant concern between countries. To address this issue, this work presents a system that combines geolocation tracking and wave buoy technology to help ensure compliance with maritime boundary limits by establishing an artificial buffer zone (BZ) following the International Maritime Boundary Limit (IMBL) and divided into two segments. Boats will only be allowed to cross the border after they have crossed the BZ. The system uses a GPS module to track the boat's location and a wave buoy to measure the wave height, which are critical factors for the safety of the fishermen. A microcontroller processes the data and triggers an alert if the boat is approaching the boundary limit or if the wave height exceeds a safe level. These precautions will help ensure that maritime boundary limits are accurately established and maintained, reducing the risk of accidents and improving the safety of maritime traffic.
