IOT Based Smart Food Dehydration and Grinder System for Agricultural Usage

India plays an important role in agriculture sector which is the primary source of livelihood about 58% of country's population where dehydration of fruits and vegetables are also considered as a beneficial occupation, Dehydration is a process which removes the moisture content or humidity for increasing the shelf life of fruits and vegetables. This system is an automated process which can be controlled through mobile devices. The system consists of mainly two methods dehydrator and grinder. Once the food is dehydrated, it will produce its greasepaint. The proposed strategy is based on Wi-Fi technology for controlling the grinder system which can be accomplished by Wi-Fi node Mcu (esp8266). The mobile device sends the serial data to node Mcu, it will process the input data according to the program uploaded and accordingly produce the output.
