Design of Urban High-rise Architectural Posture Monitoring Based on 5G IoT Technology

With the rapid development of 5G networks, innovative solutions and strategies are available for the regulation of tall buildings. In China, a large number of skyscrapers have been constructed. Combined with the natural environment and high-frequency usage, high-rise buildings present various challenges. The tilting of buildings occurs due to foundation settlement, improper use, or earthquakes. It is a major challenge in urban management. The tilting of buildings impairs their aesthetic appearance, poses a great threat to their safety, and might cause a significant safety hazard. The traditional way of building management relies on manual intervention and on-site investigation but no longer meets the needs of society. Thus, how to optimize and implement efficient management strategies is an urgent issue. Along with the rapid growth of the construction industry, the operation and maintenance of high-rise buildings have shifted to an information-based and intelligent management model. Therefore, we used various means such as 5G high-speed wireless network, Internet of Things (IoT) technology, cloud computing technology, and basic building information modeling to provide an informative and intelligent design solution for building maintenance and management.
