Simulation Analysis and Calibration Research Based on SS-OCT System

Through simulation research on the principle of swept frequency optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT), the principle of the swept frequency OCT system was derived and verified, and the generated interference signal was analyzed and processed. The reason why the axial resolution of the system decreased after the Fourier transform was also investigated. A method of auxiliary calibration based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer peak and valley points was used to sample and process the imaging interference signals after calibration. The problem of decreasing the axial resolution of the system due to uneven wavenumber spacing of the interference signal was successfully eliminated.
