Blockchain for Transparent Academic Records: Implications for Higher Education Institutions

The study employs the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS as the analytical tool. The main variables under scrutiny encompass Academic Records, Higher Education Institutions, Blockchain Transparency Features, Data Integrity, and Institutional Challenges and Opportunities. The significance of this research lies in the growing demand for reliable and accessible academic records in the digital era. The research methodology involves a quantitative approach, with a sample drawn from various stakeholders in higher education institutions, including students, faculty, and administrative staff. The analysis aims to establish causal relationships among these variables, assess the impact of blockchain transparency features on data integrity, and explore their implications for managing academic records. These findings contribute not only to academic literature but also offer practical insights for institutions seeking to leverage blockchain technology to enhance transparency and integrity in academic records.
