Influence of Annealing on the Iron Loss of Amorphous Alloy High-speed Permanent Magnet Motors Based on the Preisach Hysteresis Model

Amorphous alloys are of great concern in high-speed applications due to high magnetic permeability and low iron losses, but the production process has a significant impact on the performance of amorphous alloy stator cores. In this paper, by using the ring specimen experiment, the influence of annealing temperature on the performance of amorphous alloy stator core is analyzed, including hysteresis loops, magnetization curves, and iron loss curves. The Preisach hysteresis model and the loss separation model are used separately to calculate the iron losses of amorphous alloy high-speed permanent magnet motors under different annealing temperatures. The results show that the high-speed permanent magnet motor has the minimum iron loss when the amorphous alloy stator core is incomplete annealed.
