MATLAB-based Multistatic Passive Radar Demonstrator

The paper presents a realization of a multistatic passive radar demonstrator using the MATLAB environment. The hardware infrastructure of the system is located in the city of Przasnysz, Poland, and it consists of four stations that are located in the vicinity of an airfield that was purchased by the Warsaw University of Technology. The processing realized by the demonstrator implemented in MATLAB works online at a rate close to real-time. This allows observation and verification of the system operation to be easily performed. At the same time, the fact that the algorithms are implemented in MATLAB enables easy and quick modifications of the system.
