A kind of Transparent Energy Selective Surface Design Method Based on Semiconductor Micro-Nano Hybrid Integration

In this paper, the concept of a transparent energy selective surface (ESS) is proposed, which aims to provide a new electromagnetic protection technology for the photoelectric composite detection window. Through the micro nano hybrid integration process, the energy selective electromagnetic structure and diode devices are integrated and designed, utilizing the high transmittance characteristics of sapphire to achieve transparent design of ESS. The simulation results show that the designed transparent ESS can provide electromagnetic protection while also having good light transmittance.
