An Antenna Design Method Based on Stacking Model

Antenna design is an important part of the communication system. In this paper, an antenna design method based on stacking model is proposed, which can provide suitable size parameters according to the given performance indicators. We have validated using a horn antenna, using 80% of the data as the training set and 20% of the data as the test set. Given the antenna gain, bandwidth,

and resonance point to predict the length and aperture diameter of the horn antenna, the resulting average absolute age percentage error (MAPE) is 0.0136, and the operating time is about 2 seconds. This method has good prediction accuracy and fast running speed. At the same time, by comparing with other models, the superiority of the method is verified, which is reflected in the great improvement of prediction accuracy and efficiency, and the method has good applicability to other antennas.
