The FMECA Analysis of Cryogenic Distribution System for 500W@4.5K Cryogenic System

In HL-3 tokamak device, 500 W @ 4.5 K cryogenic system provides cooling capacity to the cryogenic users. Use the distribution system to connect the helium cryogenic refrigeration system and cryogenic users. In order to maintain the stable operation of the cryogenic system, this article conducted a failure mode, effect and hazard analysis (FMECA) on the helium cryogenic distribution valve box of the HL-3 device, identified the failure mode of the distribution valve box and proposed mitigation and maintenance measures.
