Raman Gas Sensor Based on Platinum Coated Capillary

This paper introduces a multi-component gas Raman spectroscopy sensing system based on a hollow-core optical waveguide. The principle of the sensor is similar to fiber-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (FERS), utilizing a quartz capillary coated with a Pt metal film deposited using ALD technology to enhance the Raman signals. The sensor system adopts a fiber probe structure, where the Raman probe is connected to the laser and spectrometer in the upper computer system through multimode optical fibers, completing the pumping and signal transmission. The experiments mainly focus on the performance characterization and optimization of the system. The results show that the system exhibits good qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities for multi-component gases, achieving detection limits at the hundred ppm level for H
