A Volumetric Meander-Shaped Strip Microwave Structures as a Conversion Elements of Dielectric Testing Systems

The paper proposes a new type of transducer elements for dielectric testing devices operating in the long-wavelength region of the microwave range, based on volumetric meander-shaped strip lines. Their main difference is the increased conversion sensitivity and smaller linear dimensions in comparison with sensors based on planar transmission lines. As an approbation of the sensor, built in the form of a meander-shaped volumetric strip structure, the results of assessing the degree of oil watering are given.
