A Voltage Dip Depth-adaptive Synchronization Stability Optimal Control Strategy for the Renewable Energy in the Distributed Power Grid

After the large-scale integration of renewable energy into the power grid, the risk of severe synchronous instability of renewable energy under transient conditions has become an important problem in the renewable energy power system. It urgently needs to be addressed. This paper conducts related research and proposes a solution. The control proposed in this paper optimizes the traditional grid-connected control architecture method of renewable energy. It simultaneously introduces a voltage feed-forward control path and a frequency feedback control path into the active power control loop of the traditional control method. Besides, the control parameter setting is simple, and the control quantity is adaptively adjusted based on the voltage dip depth and frequency deviation after the fault. It effectively realizes the synchronization instability suppression of renewable energy by optimizing the reference value of active power of the active power loop. The proposed method has broad application value.
