Local Controller Design for T-S Discrete Fuzzy Systems

This paper deals with the problem of local control for T-S discrete fuzzy systems. First, an fault estimation (FE) observer is constructed. Then, by using the
$L_{\infty}$
analysis method, the synthesis conditions of the observer are derived. Then, by using the estimation of the fault, which is provided by the observer, the local controller scheme is designed to constrain the state of the system into a local area. The merit of the presented method is that it has the ability of reducing the influence of premise part of the controller such that the performance of the local stabilization can be guaranteed. In the end, an example is used to demonstrate the efficacy of the presented approach.
