Online Monitoring Method for Bolts of Wind Turbine Generators

This article discusses a new screw inspection technology for wind power generation equipment, which uses a sensor to check if the screws are loose and can also transmit warning information through a sensor. This technology can check whether screws are loose by using a sensor, and also transmit warning information through a sensor. By using advanced fiber optic sensors, we can remotely and reliably monitor multiple bolts in real-time. In addition, we have adopted encoding technology to enable the sequence encoding of optical pulse signals to be completed before they are transmitted to the target fiber, thereby overcoming the shortcomings of traditional moving average methods and greatly improving the efficiency of signal processing, expanding the dynamic range of dual beam detection.
