Co-Simulation of Lifting Mechanism System of Bridge Crane Based on Adams & Simulink

In the design of metal structure of bridge crane, the selection of hoisting dynamic load coefficient is very important. When the value of hoisting dynamic load coefficient is too large, the self weight of the structure will be too large and the production cost will increase. When the value of hoisting dynamic load coefficient is too small, the safety of the crane will be reduced and serious accidents will occur. The lifting dynamic load coefficient under different lifting capacities is compared with the dynamic load coefficient calculated in the design specification, and the results are as follows, the dynamic load effect is the largest at the lifting stage off the ground, and tends to be stable after the stable operation stage; The lifting dynamic load effect of bridge crane is related to the load size. The heavier the load, the greater the dynamic load coefficient; Compared with the calculated value of theoretical value, the value of hoisting dynamic load calculated by simulation is smaller, about 90%, which indicates that the calculated value of theoretical value is safe and conservative, and there is still some room for optimization.
