Wearable UV photodetectors with sol-gel-based metal-oxide films operating at sub-V

Wearable UV photodetectors with sol-gel-based metal-oxide semiconducting and dielectric films operating at sub-V are developed through a simple and practical method of microwave irradiation at room temperature. High response with good linearity can be realized by a careful optimization of material and process.
