Comprehensive Cost and Benefit Evaluation of Carbon Reduction Technologies for Power Transmission and Transformation Projects Based on Hierarchical Analysis and Entropy Power Method

Under the goal of "double carbon", it is imperative for power transmission and transformation projects to develop in the direction of energy saving and carbon reduction. In order to grasp the intrinsic relationship between carbon reduction and cost and benefit of power transmission and transformation projects, a cost-benefit evaluation index system for power transmission and transformation projects is established, and the influence weight of each carbon reduction technology on cost and benefit is calculated by using hierarchical analysis and entropy weighting method, and then 1000 sampling points are selected for each technical solution for sensitivity analysis, so as to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for power transmission and transformation projects. The final conclusion is that the highest weight in the first criterion layer is the "adoption of new transformers" technology, and the highest weight in the second criterion layer is the "transformer load loss", etc.
