Development of Multi-Parameter Intelligent Diagnosis System for High-Voltage Cables

In response to issues such as the limited scope of high-voltage cable inspection techniques, low integration levels, and large size, this article designs a comprehensive parameter detection software and hardware platform for high-voltage cable equipment based on System on Chip (SoC). A miniaturized and multifunctional all-in-one detection terminal has been developed. Based on the fusion analysis of multiple physical quantities such as sound, light, and electricity under the same operating conditions, it enhances diagnostic accuracy and reduces diagnosis time. The effectiveness of the device was validated through on-site applications, achieving timely and accurate status monitoring and fault diagnosis of high-voltage cables.
