Optimal Scheduling of Flexible Loads for New Building Clusters Considering Potential Games

New building clusters are an important terminal form for the development and construction of new power systems. However, due to the wide variety of electricity loads and significant differences in electricity usage habits among building clusters, it is of great significance to utilize new building clusters to regulate controllable loads to ensure the safety and reliability of the distribution network. Therefore, a two-stage robust optimization method is proposed for a new building cluster aggregator to consider the uncertainty of new energy output and user satisfaction with electricity consumption, in order to achieve cluster regulation of flexible loads. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method were demonstrated through numerical examples, indicating that the proposed model and method are beneficial for improving the resilience of new building clusters, power grids, and aggregators to resist uncertainty risks.
