Application of Modern Computer Technology in Automatic Management of Financial and Accounting Information

The arrival of the 5G era has promoted the better application of computer technology in the field of finance and accounting, and promoted the reform of the field of finance and accounting. Due to the advent of the Internet age, great changes have taken place in the business environment of enterprises, not only breaking the boundaries of regions, but also forming a global business market. The trade volume of enterprises is unprecedentedly large, and the traditional manual accounting work can no longer meet the existing needs. The introduction of computer technology has greatly promoted the improvement of accounting work efficiency, but also brought huge problems and challenges to the accounting in enterprises. Managers cannot meet the needs of financial management informatization by using traditional financial statements and historical experience. Therefore, this paper builds a financial management and decision analysis system based on the improved decision tree algorithm in modern computer technology. Firstly, the financial management and decision-making sample database is established, and the reservoir sampling algorithm is used to uniformly extract the financial management and decision-making samples of colleges and universities. On this basis, the sample training set is defined as the root node by the decision tree algorithm, and it is divided into different types of subsets. The use of MBDT to optimize the decision tree effectively improves the classification accuracy of the decision tree, and can give the information gain rate of each data sample. Therefore, a financial early warning model that can realize financial management informationization is established. The experimental simulation proves that the proposed improved decision tree algorithm has high prediction accuracy and has important application value in the construction of financial management decision-making system in colleges and universities. Finally, this paper considers from multiple levels and discusses some suggestions on how contemporary computer technology can be applied to the automated management of financial and accounting information.
