Peer-to-Peer Electricity Trading Strategy Considering Dynamic Network Fee

With the advancement of electricity market reform and the large-scale development of distributed energy on the user side, the peer-to-peer (P2P) transaction model based on prosumers has gradually become an important solution to promote the consumption of distributed energy. However, the existing unified pricing mechanism is difficult to deal with the impact of P2P transactions on the operating costs of the power grid. In this regard, this paper designs the user P2P energy trading strategy considering dynamic network fees. Firstly, the user-side P2P energy trading framework is modeled. Secondly, aiming at the problem of line power flow overrun caused by transaction, a dynamic network cost model including line occupation cost, voltage control cost and congestion cost is established. Then, a P2P transaction strategy with the objective function of minimizing the total power purchase cost of users is proposed, and a verification method considering the operation safety of distribution network is proposed for each round of transaction decision. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the IEEE 9 bus model.
