Energy Aware Emergency Packets Dissemination and Effective Trusted RSU Distribution in Vehicular Adhoc Networks

In Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs), the vehicles suffers from improper traffic monitoring and ineffective trust management system due to this delay and overhead is highly increased during communication in VANETs. In order to overcome the earlier research demerits in this article Energy Aware Emergency Packets Dissemination and Effective Trusted RSU Distribution (EAETR) approach is performed in the VANETs environment which is the combination of effective trusted RSU distribution and emergency packets dissemination. Through these methods the trustworthiness of the vehicles are increased so that the network is free from the disturbance of the external environment and simultaneously using the emergency packets dissemination the confidential and high priority packets get separated from the normal communication channel so that the network congestion is reduced. The extensive experimentation of the research is performed in NS2 for the proposed EAETR framework and the results shows that the proposed EAETR approach achieves better packet delivery ratio and throughput and as well lower end to end delay and routing overhead when compared with the earlier researchers like CTMF and SVCHT.
