Restoration with Composite Materials after Ultrasonic Treatment

Theoretical prerequisites for increasing the efficiency of dispersing mixing of nanocomposite components during ultrasonic processing are presented. The dependence of the estimated parameters of the dispersing mixing of a nanocomposite solution based on elastomer F-40 on the RCD mode of the material, the results of studies of degassing of a nanocomposite solution based on elastomer F-40 during mechanical and ultrasonic dispersion, a regression model of the strength of nanocomposite films, the results of studies of the physical and adhesive properties of nanocomposite, the defects of polymer coatings after mechanical and ultrasonic dispersion, durability housing-bearing landings made by nanocomposite.
