Two-Channel Hybride RQ System

We simulate a stationary distribution in two-channel call center model for RQ system with conflicts and exchange of requests. The computer simulation is based on solving the system of stationary Chapman-Kolmogorov equations for the Markov process describing the RQ system. The service time and the delay time for claims in orbits have exponential distribution laws. Claims in orbit have the property of impatience, i.e. they leave the system after a random time. To find the stationary distribution of states, the Gauss-Seidel iterative numerical method is used. The results demonstrate the sensitivity of the system throughput to the asymmetry of customer preferences in changing the channel.
