Synchronization of Movement of Multi-drive Systems of Cargo Movement Mechanisms

The movement of goods, depending on their state of aggregation, is a process in which it is necessary to control what is happening in order to prevent undesirable phenomena in the form of scattering or spilling of contents along the path along which the movement takes place. In this regard, certain requirements are imposed on electric drive control systems. At the moment of start-up, it is necessary to avoid wheel slippage, and, accordingly, system vibrations in the form of jolts caused by this phenomenon. Using the method proposed in the work, based on the introduction of a regulator into the electric drive control system, which is a symbiosis of proportional and proportional-intergal regulators and a speed difference correction unit.
