The Pivotal Roles of Digital Lecturing Skills on e-Satisfaction and Learning Engagement

For assuring the effectiveness of online learning in higher education, e-satisfaction and learning engagement is increasingly important. This article tries to elaborate e-satisfaction and learning engagement, as well as the influential factors. Do personal perseverance and collaborative learning of the student as well as digital lecturing skills of lectures have a positive impact on e-satisfaction or learning engagement? A cross-sectional survey which have involved 1.094 students from public, private, and international universities in Indonesia. SmartPLS and SEM PLS version 4.0 were utilized to do data analyses. If it is compared to personal perseverance or collaborative learning, digital lecturing skills play a pivotal roles toward e-satisfaction and learning engagement of higher education students.
