Helping Hand Platform for the Students to Provide Multiple Services: Using Web Development

Most of the times it becomes challenging for parents, when they sent their ward away from them for higher studies and hence they concerned about things like the place, environment, food, services etc. at that area. Same way in that area its challenging for Landlords (those who rent out rooms and their services) and room seekers (those who occupy the room and its services) to find suitable matches. This platform will provide the authenticity of the service owner and the facilities provided by them such as Room service, Mess and tiffin services, Laundry Services, and other secondary services like restaurant services, hospital Services, sports and yoga facilities etc. In this paper I developed the model of customer and owner relationship management system for multiple services provided for Students which can solve the real life problems up to the large extent. However this platform gives a user and owner an experience of how the variation of room rents with other services in college Area is going, although accordingly they can manage their services and enhance their facilities to attract the customers at very reasonable price with better services. It might be the very good option for the customers to save their time in search of rooms and other facilities, as the room owners can too show their facilities they offer and customer can choose the suitable one according to their requirements.
