Research on Sensorless Technique of Ultra-High-Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Considering Control Delays

When the motor works at ultra-high frequency, impacts of cross-coupling and delay effect caused by control delays are non-ignorable. In this paper, the effect of cross-coupling is eliminated by the decoupling method and a two-sampling strategy is provided to deal with the influence of delay effect. To overcome disadvantages of position sensors in the system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper provides a PLL method based on the voltage equation of d-axis to achieve the rotor position and its stability is analyzed in detail. Finally, a 180000rpm motor is used to simulate and verify the proposed methods. In the MATLAB/Simulink platform, the effectiveness and superiority of proposed methods are verified.
