Construction of Natural Active Small Molecules and Curcumin Nanomaterials

The purpose of this study is to construct a uniform and stable nanodrug loading material to achieve effective loading of Curcumin. With Curcumin (CCM) as the main research object, the natural small molecules of tricyclic diterpenes were introduced. Through different preparation methods: anti solvent precipitation method and emulsification method, the single component carrier and two-component carrier were screened and the conditions were optimized, and finally the nanodrug that can completely load Curcumin was obtained. The average particle size of DA-CCM NPs is 261.52 ± 60 nm, and the average particle size of 15OHDA-CCM NPs is 441.87 ± 123 nm; The optimal drug loading DLC for DA loaded CCM is 46.51%, with a maximum encapsulation efficiency of 68.15%. The optimal drug loading DLC for 15OHDA loaded CCM is 53.89%, with a maximum encapsulation efficiency of 87.46%.
