Assement of the Air Environment in St. Petersburg and Its Nearest Suburbs

The necessity of a comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment in real time in various areas of the city of Saint-Petersburg and its suburbs is substantiated. A technique for assessing the state of the environment in real time is proposed. The results to the assessing of air environment state in Saint-Petersburg and the nearest suburbs obtained using an automated monitoring system are presented. An analysis of data obtained was carried out and a comparison was made with the results in 2020 and 2021 years. The list to the largest sources of pollution has been established and compiled, ranked by gross emissions. The possible directions of human activity to reduce the level of air pollution are indicated.
