Low Loss Design and Fabrication for Tapered Waveguide Based Spot Size Converter

In this paper, propagating mode analysis is performed to optimize the core cross-sectional shape of polymer optical waveguide to be applied to a low loss adiabatic coupler to Si photonics chips when it is fabricated using the Mosquito method.
