Anxiogram: Unmasking Anxiety with IOT- Enhanced EcG

In recent times, anxiety has profoundly affected people across the globe. This paper explores the relationship between anxiety and heart rate variations through electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis. ECG's, painless tests for heart health assessment, reveal a PQRST complex where the P wave signifies atrial depolarization, and the QRS wave originates from the atrioventricular node. Anxiety-induced heart rate fluctuations can be detected by the absence of a P wave in the QRS complex. Biopac tools were employed to analyze ECG signals from diverse individuals, revealing variations based on their conditions. The Biopac MP-45 system, adhering to stringent safety standards, facilitates biomedical signal acquisition. This system interfaces with electrodes, transducers, and I/O devices, enabling the collection and precise processing of physiological data. The MP45 Biopac data unit, equipped with an Analog to Digital converter, ensures data accuracy with 16-bit resolution. The acquisition of ECG signals and its interpretation for anxiety related disorders help in early patient cure. The findings of the research conducted on electrocardiogram (ECG) signals obtained from a sample of 500 patients inside the clinical environment of a hospital indicate that individuals between the ages of 20 and 30 exhibit a high level of anxiety, namely at 94%. The research findings also indicate a level of accuracy of 96%.
