Network Multichannel Communication Development Plan

The development of network multichannel communication is facilitated by the need to monitor roads and the potential to establish high-quality and relatively cost-effective communication networks through these systems, which can be utilized by both highway services and telecommunications operators. This paper explores the principles of creating such networks, the prerequisites for their development and planning approaches. In the planning process, with the aim of minimizing capital expenses, the use of dynamic programming methods is proposed, taking into account the discounting of costs over time. An example is provided along with calculations.
