Design and Implementation of Oil Tank Cleaning System Using IoT

Industries manufacture fuel and stored it for future needs, but it leads to produces sludge. In order to clean that sludge, Industries use manpower and other harmful chemicals. By using chemicals, workers are exposed to hazardous chemicals, which cause health issues. Workers used for these types of jobs must wear safety clothes and a separate safety mask for breathing. Workers can't work for more than an hour because it will be congested and cause breathing problems. It takes nearly a week to clean one tank. It consumes more time. The proposed solution is to make an IoT-based device to clean those tanks in a short period of time. The device can be easily controlled through mobile or some other system. It will be cost-efficient. The high amount of pressurized water will be pumped out and drained. If the presence of solid particles is more the additives are used and scrubbed through the scrubber and washed out of the tank. In comparison to the present method, it is a simple way, to reduce the pollution level, less time consumption, and ensure worker safety. The fundamental benefit of this technology is that it saves time, provides security for laborers, is cost-effective, and delivers efficient cleaning.
