Research on Application of PID Control in Garbage Incineration Equipment

In order to improve the stability of garbage incineration control and reduce the emission of dioxins and other harmful substances, a PID based garbage incineration control method is proposed. By analyzing the change of combustion conditions and the working principle of garbage incinerator, the models of steam flow control, garbage layer thickness control, furnace temperature control and oxygen volume control are designed. The stable control of various indicators such as oxygen content, furnace temperature and dioxin content is applied and realized. The proposed PID control strategy for garbage incinerator can effectively ensure the stable operation and high efficiency of garbage incinerator under the change of garbage characteristics. It plays an important role in effectively improving the operation and management level of garbage incineration plant, reducing the emission of dioxins and other harmful substances, and reducing economic costs. The case study results of Yemachuan garbage incinerator show that the proposed PID control method for garbage incineration is feasible and the designed system works well. It provides a technical method for the automatic development of garbage incineration equipment, and has significant social and economic benefits.
