Research on Relative Motion Trajectory Design and Tracking Control Method of Spacecraft

Aiming at the requirements of the rapidity, stability and robustness of the control system for the near relative motion of the spacecraft, taking the nominal trajectory as the reference model and the relative orbital dynamics as the controlled object, a new method is proposed, based on the model reference theory. Novel joint design strategy for nominal trajectory planning and relative motion control. First, a model-referenced output tracking (MROT) theory is applied to design a combined controller that combines feedback stabilization and feedforward compensation. Secondly, a simple adaptive control (SAC) theory is applied to design an automatic control system based on tracking error A high-precision robust controller that adapts to the tuning control matrix. Finally, a numerical simulation model is built to verify the performance of the two controllers. The results show that the MROT controller can achieve bounded error tracking of the reference model (nominal trajectory); however, the SAC controller has strong robustness to the parameter uncertainty and unmodeled dynamic characteristics of the controlled system, and can be automatically adaptive parameter tuning enables high-precision tracking of the reference model.
